3. Website Development Timeline
Simple websites will take up to 4 weeks to complete.
Advanced designs may take up to 8 weeks.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on project scope and complexity. They are not considered binding.

4. Scope of Work
eZ-Commerce Solutions agrees to meet the Customer's website requirements as specified in the chosen package. Any requests outside the scope of the selected package may incur additional charges.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been made.
Customers purchasing a hosting package will be billed monthly.

6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their hosting subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the hosting period.

7. Customer Responsibilities
eZ-Commerce Solutions will typically manage the content, images, and other materials required for the website. However, in some cases, the Customer may be requested to provide specific content, images, or other materials necessary for the website development.

8. Intellectual Property
For Customers purchasing a website development package, ownership of the intellectual property rights to the custom content created by eZ-Commerce Solutions for their website will be transferred to the Customer upon full payment.
For Customers benefiting from promotions offering free websites with hosting packages, eZ-Commerce Solutions retains ownership of the website.
eZ-Commerce Solutions retains the right to use the developed website and its components for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
eZ-Commerce Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability under this Agreement, including for claims related to performance or breach, is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service in question.

10. Termination
eZ-Commerce Solutions reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Customer fails to comply with any terms of this Agreement.
Termination will not affect any rights or liabilities that have accrued prior to termination.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eZ-Commerce Solutions operates.

12. Amendments
eZ-Commerce Solutions reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the Customer.

By proceeding with the purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement.
